RaveMagnet helps subscribing businesses ask their own customers for a Google review, three ways: a pre-written text message that opens in the business owner’s own phone (sent from their own number, not by RaveMagnet), an email sent by RaveMagnet on the business’s behalf, and a QR code linking to the business’s Google review page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be canceled anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period.
By using RaveMagnet, you confirm that every recipient is a customer you have a current or recent business relationship with. You may not upload purchased lists, message strangers, or use the service for any purpose other than requesting a review of work you actually performed. You are responsible for complying with applicable law for messages you send from your own device, including the TCPA where it applies. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
Your message must also comply with Google’s review policies: don’t ask customers for specific suggestions, such as requesting particular words or phrases or asking them to mention an employee by name, don’t provide a template for them to copy, and don’t offer any incentive in exchange for a review. Simply ask for an honest review.
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, and reviews themselves are written by customers and governed by Google’s policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
